30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Merchandise purchased from the Therasage website may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and a 15% handling fee.
Please note that unless otherwise instructed Therasage will use the original form of payment for refund.
To receive your refund, please follow the instructions below:
Ship in Original Box
Include original receipt with date of purchase
Product must be received in resaleable condition
Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

Please note that Therasage is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
No CODS will be accepted.
Clothing and Theradesign wraps, covers, and bands cannot be returned once the original packaging is opened.
Please allow 14 days to process the refund (from the date the package is received at Therasage)
If you have a Therasage product that was not purchased directly from our website and would like to RETURN please contact the original authorized distributor.
